Controller and purposes

POP SOLUTIONS GROUPE (SIREN 939 746 749) processes the data needed to create your account, forward your AI requests, track spending and handle billing. These activities are necessary to perform the contract; security processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service, and accounting retention on our legal obligations.

Data processed

We retain your email address, projects and access keys, encrypted provider keys, Stripe subscription identifiers and request metadata (date, provider, model, tokens, cost, duration, status and internal identifiers). Payment card numbers are processed by Stripe.

The relay forwards prompts and responses without recording them in application logs. Hosting providers, authentication services and AI providers may process connection data, including IP addresses, under their own policies.

Service providers and locations

Vercel hosts the website, Fly.io the relay, Supabase the accounts and database, Upstash the counters, Scaleway Key Manager the encryption, Resend the emails and Stripe the payments. Better Stack provides monitoring. The relay, database, Redis and KMS are configured in the EU.

Some service providers and the AI providers you choose may process data outside the EU. Their processing terms and transfer safeguards apply; using Renio does not guarantee that your AI provider processes data exclusively in Europe.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while the account is active. The request journal is retained for a maximum of 180 days. The total-budget ledger retains balances, reservations and their identifiers for the lifetime of the access key to prevent duplicate charges and resets. After account deletion, active data is deleted subject to legal retention obligations; backups follow the provider’s retention cycle. Vault security records, without plaintext keys or conversations, are retained for audit. Deletion does not immediately make an earlier backup unreadable.

Cookies and your rights

Cookies are used to sign in and remember your language. Your appearance preference is stored in your browser. Renio does not add advertising trackers.

You can close your account from account settings. This stops your Renio subscription; it does not cancel costs already incurred or your AI provider accounts.

You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data at hello@renio.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
